Firstly let me say thank you to Beth and her team. We were always aware that our house would be difficult to sell in the Rotorua area because it is considered to be in that upper price range. A previous realty had open homes and promoted the house with no offers. Beth’s confidence and energy she displayed from day 1 also gave us confidence that we were right in moving to Bayleys Rotorua Realty. Kay and I have known Joan for about 20 years. We are not sure when we first met her but she has always been very helpful, honest and friendly. Her first mission with us was to find us another home in the bays area. In those days she would pick us up in her car and drive us around. As we had a big dog nothing suitable for us was found. We ended up building in Devonport. In 2015 we asked Joan to sell our home in Milford. She was able to get a very pleasing result at an auction for the sale of our house.
