Second Time Working with Michael - Even Better Than the First! This is my second time working with Michael, and his patience and dedication continue to impress me. Over the past three months, he has enthusiastically shown us at least five properties without any pressure. Even though he wasn't the listing agent for the property we purchased, he proactively facilitated communication between us and the listing agent, providing prompt answers to our numerous questions. Purchasing a property is a significant investment, and Michael understood our need for thoroughness. He never wavered in his support, even when we seemed indecisive. Additionally, he offered insightful suggestions for refining our requirements to present more favorable offers to vendors. I've witnessed Michael's significant professional growth over our interactions. His perseverance, excellent communication skills, and understanding of both vendor and buyer needs make him a valuable asset. When considering the commission paid, it's sometimes difficult to quantify an agent's true worth. However, Michael's dedication creates a trustworthy environment where both buyers and sellers feel confident, clearly demonstrating his value. A true rare gem of an agent ? We chose Michael Hinds from Just Paterson to sell our house recently, and we couldn't be happier with his service. I have never seen anyone so organised, hardworking, motivated, knowledgeable and driven like Michael and his assistant Andrea. Also, they showed great passion for the job and positive energy. They worked hard to meet tight deadlines never compromising on their high standards, showing great integrity and empathy. In addition to this, what makes Michael so special and different from many other agents are his people skills. An agent who really listens. We found Jules to be an extremely personable and genuinely interested in us as clients. He is someone who really listens and responds to what he hears. The service we received went well beyond the usual open homes – Jules was able to access a wide network of potential buyers. Even before we went to market and during the week between open homes, he was always ready to show people through and would always follow up leads, keeping us well informed. He was always positive while also being realistic. Jules never over-promised but he certainly delivered and has put us in a strong position for securing our next property. We can’t recommend Jules highly enough.

Fantastic team Jules and Kim were a fantastic team to work with. Nothing appeared impossible for them, from getting the house to market in a very short time frame to manage buyers and our requests. They were excellent communicators (we used WhatsApp at my request and it was a brilliant tool to share information) and the process ran smoothly, despite last-minute requests from ourselves. Highly recommended.

Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Michael was really professional and easy to work with as we looked to buy our first home. He took the time to get to know us and understand what we were looking for. His communication was excellent, he answered any questions promptly and always kept us up to date with any developments.
