Would give 10 stars if we could! We are so thankful that we found our dream first home with Michael, as he made the whole process about as seamless as it could be. Michael was incredibly knowledgeable about the property and gave us an extensive tour of the place, which made us feel at ease that he had clearly done his research. We had a lot of questions and uncertainties (being our first home and offer process) and Michael was so quick to put us at ease and got quick outcomes for us. He was really understanding of our needs and was very flexible with us wanting to have spontaneous visits to the property to calm any nerves we had. Would absolutely recommend him - he has been amazing!

Right Choice I must admit that our timing of selling the house is not perfect. The real estate market slows down compared to last year. As a vendor, I need an agent who understands the market, who have good insights on the trend and most importantly who sell the house. Michael proved himself to me that he is the right person. In the process of selling our house, he showed quick responses to different changes and promptly adjusted sales strategies and methods to meet these changes. And he sold our house in a comparably short period! I am happy that I made the right choice and happy to work with Michael and his team.

Michael Hinds - The Best Real Estate Agent Ever!! I would have to rate Michael Hinds 20/10. He is the best Real Estate Agent I have ever dealt with and was crucial in the sale of our investment property in central Wellington. Communication from the moment we engaged Michael and the Just Paterson Realty team was excellent. Prior to marketing our property Michael advised us to get a building report because of its monolithic cladding. The report showed some issues that needed attention and as we don’t live in Wellington, Michael became the primary project manager. He worked tirelessly with contractors to rectify these issues so we could market our property with integrity. They also went above and beyond the call of duty by ensuring the property always looked its best for Open Homes. If you are looking for a good real estate agent then look no further.
