A thoroughly professional and committed agent We selected Paul as our agent because he initially impressed us with his market knowledge, his obvious professionalism and experience and the way he presented himself. It proved to be a thoroughly justified decision. The property did not prove as easy a sell as we expected and we had a number of false starts with prospective buyers pulling out to the point we became quite frustrated and considered withdrawing from the market. However, Paul remained calm and reassuring throughout and kept at it with impressive tenaciousness. Finally his work paid off and we got a very satisfactory result. We would recommend Paul highly.

We asked 3 estate agents to provide a marketing proposals for the sale of our house. Our initial worry that this might lead to us having to make a difficult choice, did not happen. Little did we realise what was going to unfold in the March of 2020. Our tenants had moved on and I took the 6 hr trip to Wgtn to do the post-rental clean and meet up with Paul to discuss options around the Sales Pitch. We found Paul very easy, approachable and he offered us some great advice as to the direction we were headed. We signed the contract and I left him to manage the dressing of the space, photos etc and start the roll out...then blam! Covid19 kicked in only 5 days after signing.... Like the rest of NZ..and the world - things stopped. Yet we are positive it enabled many people looking to purchase some time to really look at the available market. Once Aotearoa dropped to Level 3.... we had offers put forward within 4 days, and sold both properties within a couple of weeks. All the way through the process we were well informed of movements with sale offers and found Paul to be quietly confident. Ronnie and Lucille Thomas Our connection with Ronnie and Lucille Thomas might have started 12 to 18 months ago. Maureen collected an advertising flyer from the letterbox – First National on the front and on the reverse a recipe which interested Maureen mostly because her education time was spent in South Africa and it was something that she recognised. What did Maureen do? She put the apparently useless letterbox flyer in the recipe drawer. Fast forward quite a period. We had decided to move to Katikati. So, who can we contact to sell our “Palace”? Flash-backs and Maureen remembered the First National Flyer. To us this showed us that Ronnie and Lucille believed that they had to promote themselves. Congratulations! All the obvious things are obvious - stunning photography etc, but where Paul and Sabine shone was in their ability to reassure hesitant first home buyers. Paul and Sabine were the second team of agents to market our property after an initial contract fell through. Paul and Sabine went above and beyond in the lead up to marketing our property explain the process, getting us an excellent deal on staging and marketing and just generally prepping us on what we would be required to provide and what we should expect. The communication throughout the marketing of our property was excellent with good team work between us and them being nurtured at every turn. In the end our property (not an easy one to market and sell) sold for substantially more than our expectations with Paul and Sabine working tirelessly to bring several great offers to the table.
