Linda recently sold our Lifestyle Property for us. In the short time it took her to sell our place she worked tirelessly and kept us well informed, with regular updates and feedback from potential buyers. Linda is a people person, with a bubbly personality, who thrives on matching buyer and seller. A property is not sold until it is unconditional and Linda will keep on it until it is done. We would happily recommend Linda and list with her again in the future. Thanks, Jym and Michelle. (Whakamarama)

" Jerome and I wish to thank Lucille and Ronnie for being supportive and helping us deal with the legal stuff of buying our first home. It was a stressful experience but well worth it. We are very pleased with our house and thank you for sharing your expertise and guiding us through buying and eventually getting our new home..Both of you are amazing and would highly recommend to my friends." Thank you..We are enjoying our first home---Jerome and Michelle

Effective, Professional and Helpful. Fiona demonstrated solid and sound skills in marketing and selling my property for a great price. She didn't overpromise, but has certainly overdelivered. She kept me updated at exactly the right level, reminded me when I needed to action anything and took the initiative to solve problems as they arose. She also formed good working relationships with everyone involved, including stagers, neighbours, potential purchasers, and tradespeople. The Tall Poppy administration process was painless and clear to me as a vendor. She's been ethical and friendly throughout, and I feel very glad to have had Fiona by my side through this process. I believe the purchasers will also be happy with Fiona's approach. Many thanks!

We chose Linda McLean to sell our property for us because she was recommended to us by a friend as a hard working agent, and she was definitely that and more. What we appreciated about Linda was her honesty, the great level of communication she has with her clients, and her no leaf left unturned attitude. When listing with Linda you know she will follow up with every possible buyer, and also keep you informed of how things are tracking every step of the way. Linda sold our home for us twice because the first sale was subject to us getting our dream property and that didnt work out for us at that time. Both times she managed to get multiple offers on the property, and the second time she managed to get the offers up to above the current market valuation we had done on it, giving us enough to get that dream property. Linda is a great person, and was a pleasure to work with. We would recommend her to anyone wanting an agent that does whatever it takes to get the job done. Thank you Linda. Ronnie and Lucille Thomas Our connection with Ronnie and Lucille Thomas might have started 12 to 18 months ago. Maureen collected an advertising flyer from the letterbox – First National on the front and on the reverse a recipe which interested Maureen mostly because her education time was spent in South Africa and it was something that she recognised. What did Maureen do? She put the apparently useless letterbox flyer in the recipe drawer. Fast forward quite a period. We had decided to move to Katikati. So, who can we contact to sell our “Palace”? Flash-backs and Maureen remembered the First National Flyer. To us this showed us that Ronnie and Lucille believed that they had to promote themselves. Congratulations! Then on to the Sale process – we found “the team” were professional in all areas – good time keeping, enthusiasm, apparently relating well to potential buyers, appreciating our standard of preparation each open home – and of course presentation of the acceptable offer. It was great closure for us especially, or perhaps cleverly, just within both our time frames. So to Ronnie and Lucille and their representing company, First National, Tauranga, thanks for seeing us successfully through the “Sale Process” – only the second experience for us. We would be willing to recommend the Ronnie and Lucille Thomas Sales to anyone anticipating a “Purchase or Sale”. Thank you for the opportunity to provide this Reference Ian and Maureen Middleton Formerly 14 Sapphire Drive, Tauranga Now Villa 95/181 Park Road, Katikati, 3129 31 July 2017

14th April 2017 After making the decision to sell our property our first step was to decide which Agent we would engage to act on our behalf. Investigating who was actively marketing properties in our local area was our starting point. We invited three Agents from different agencies to appraise our property. They were invited to access part of the property which was outside the tenanted area. Meeting with Ronnie three days after initial contact he had viewed the property legal detail, physically visited the property and presented a thorough market appraisal. I can fully understand Agents are regularly contacted for appraisals and the hours of background work that can come to nothing in not gaining a listing. However I found Ronnie to be very engaging and the only Agent to have gone to such detail in appraising our property. Throughout the successful marketing and auction process we found Ronnie to be very professional and his communication skills outstanding. We at all times felt up to date and involved with the sale process. We would therefore have no hesitation in recommending Ronnie and Lucille Thomas to anyone looking to market their property with a thoroughly professional and engaging team. Yours Sincerely Jon and Astrid van den Berg

What do they need a reference for? we wondered when RONNIE & LUCILLE THOMAS asked us to write one. A bottle of outstanding wine does not need a fancy label to sell. Outstanding wine sells itself. And so it is with Ronnie & Lucille How do we know? Well, for a while we followed listings, adverts and sales in Property Press / Guide. They stood out! We checked them and others doing open homes. They were outstanding in informing and guiding potential buyers and at the same time being very security conscious of vendors property. We listed two properties with them. Guess what??? Outstanding marketing service, achieving in top of target price range. Happy Purchaser, Happy Vendor. So what do they need a reference for? Paul & Marita Hulshof

All the obvious things are obvious - stunning photography etc, but where Paul and Sabine shone was in their ability to reassure hesitant first home buyers. In our case, an arborist was called in to give expert advice, with everything sorted just in time to allow us to offer on another place. And of course, we got above our asking price. Couldn't be happier!

Paul is a superb agent. He listened to our needs, came up with a very good sales strategy and along with Sabine worked very hard on our behalf to get the best possible price for us. We were delighted with the strategy Paul suggested and the hard work he and Sabine provided in the background to generate genuine interest in our property. We sold our property within three weeks largely thanks to the support offered by Paul and Sabine and their calm, common-sense approach and their active promotion of the good features of our property to potential buyers. We would thoroughly recommend Paul and Sabine to anyone thinking of listing their house for sale.

Professional, courteous experience Fiona made the process of selling my property very easy for me. I had no idea what to do and she patiently dealt with all my queries and was very helpful. Her advice and knowledge of the local market and the area where I live brought about the best outcome I could have hoped for and the purchase price exceeded what I expected. I was a very anxious seller and Fiona's friendlyness and helpful manner put my mind at rest at a very difficult time. I was made to feel that what I wanted mattered. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fiona .
