Little did we realise what was going to unfold in the March of 2020. Our tenants had moved on and I took the 6 hr trip to Wgtn to do the post-rental clean and meet up with Paul to discuss options around the Sales Pitch. A thoroughly professional and committed agent We selected Paul as our agent because he initially impressed us with his market knowledge, his obvious professionalism and experience and the way he presented himself. It proved to be a thoroughly justified decision. The property did not prove as easy a sell as we expected and we had a number of false starts with prospective buyers pulling out to the point we became quite frustrated and considered withdrawing from the market.
