You have asked for comment on your performance during the sale of my home, 34 Weaver Street, Whau Valley. The fact that this property sold so quickly can only be put down to the efforts you put in to advise me on which areas needed attention/repair, the recommendations to provide a builder assessments, salesmanship and good advertising. As part of our agreement you had to find me a suitable accommodation. I cannot speak more highly of the effort you and your staff put in for me. It meant dealing with other real estate people as you had nothing suitable in your portfolio and showing me properties at your own expense at times. All this was done with patience and good humour. Eventually a suitable home was found. At times I was not the easiest to deal with and the unusual situation of my domestic position had to be taken into account, but you all handled it marvellously. By you, I mean you all – from Jenny & Lisa to Andi and Joy and especially Lily who had to continually trawl through listings for properties which might interest me. It has been a real pleasure to come into your office and I hope this is still possible in the future. Would I use you again? Most certainly.
