I recently had Ronnie acting as the real estate agent for two properties that I was selling, and honestly, he was a LEGEND! I was selling from a distance so needed a very trustworthy and proactive agent, and Ronnie was all of that….and more! Both properties sold well – at the prices expected, and within the timeframe wanted, and that was not an easy feat! By ‘more’ I mean I absolutely would have been in trouble without Ronnie because other agents would not have taken on all that Ronnie did on my behalf. He chased down builders, tradesmen, inspections and engineers for work that arose out of the builder’s report. This was all done under pressure of time and was critical to settlement. Ronnie took it as his personal mission to make sure settlement happened on time and he left no stone unturned, despite challenges that arose. I simply could not have done all of the necessary organising and sourcing of local people at distance, and also while doing my normal day job. Ronnie was a true CHAMPION – whatever new that arose to deal with, with challenges that came up, and with the pressure of time, he just kept pushing through and doing ‘whatever it took’ until the job was done. Ronnie was also great with the ‘normal’ organising and communication, running open homes, following up interest, and keeping me informed of everything all along. He was totally efficient, very positive and motivated, and delivered top level service in a very professional yet personal way. Ronnie and Lucille Thomas Our connection with Ronnie and Lucille Thomas might have started 12 to 18 months ago. Maureen collected an advertising flyer from the letterbox – First National on the front and on the reverse a recipe which interested Maureen mostly because her education time was spent in South Africa and it was something that she recognised. What did Maureen do? She put the apparently useless letterbox flyer in the recipe drawer. Fast forward quite a period. We had decided to move to Katikati. So, who can we contact to sell our “Palace”? We asked 3 estate agents to provide a marketing proposals for the sale of our house. Our initial worry that this might lead to us having to make a difficult choice, did not happen.
