Friendly and approachable yet professional Real Estate Agent Pat King My house in Mt Maunganui was sold by Pat King recently with the minimum of fuss. It’s about honour, ethics and ‘doing the right’ thing.... Fay had initially contacted me when I was selling real estate in Australia. Some years later she returned to Kapiti Coast and contacted me again with a view to settling in TGA. She had a varied but not unreasonable list of ‘must-haves’ and we proceeded to view what was available. I did eventually show Fay a property out of the ‘must have’ desired outcome to an ‘almost must-have’ property. She fell in love with it and proceeded to purchase. When it came to final inspection we had some dispute with the vendor as to chattels in working order. He refused to remedy the situation so myself and EVES came to the party to help. We didn’t have to, but we wanted to. It’s about honour and ethics ‘doing the right’ thing. We are now good friends.
