Back in mid-February we started looking at rural properties that had space and also a second dwelling for extended family to live in. We looked online and sent a few enquiries to a number of different agents asking about houses and pricing. Out of seven enquiries, Kylee Hanson was the only agent to personally follow up with us by phoning and also emailing us. She listened to what we were looking for in our next home and where we needed to be for school zoning for our children. Not only did we need to buy a house, but we also needed to sell our own home. Kylee was super motivated and talked us through the processes we needed to follow in order to sell our own home in time and then be able to purchase another one. Within four days of deciding to put our house on the market, Kylee had our house live on the website with potential buyers already coming through the door. We were on a very tight schedule as the property we wanted to buy was accepting offers the same week as we were selling ours. Kylee was able to co-ordinate both the selling of our own home in a very timely manner with a great outcome. Kylee kept us informed at every step and was always available by phone or messaging and we never felt like we weren’t in control. Kylee instilled confidence in our decisions that we were making and without her level-headedness we are sure we wouldn’t have achieved such a successful outcome. Abbey and Richard - the A-Team (or is that R team?) A great TEAM!!! Abbey and Richard were knowledgeable, polished and used technology well to keep us al abreast of developments, buyer questions and general chit chat to bring some levity to a quite stressful (don’t do it very often time. They each have their strengths and do a great job of playing to them and using them to our advantage as well as being able to back one another up; both extremely capable in their own right but the sun of the parts even greater. In brief positive, full of energy, down to business but also fun. We had great response from open homes, and Abbey and Richard’s action behind the scenes, for our auction - so plenty of competition to judge the market.

I met Tony & Melissa Gardiner at a seminar they were presenting at Bob Owens Retirement Village. I was considering purchasing a town house in the village and was needing to sell my house. They were very knowledgeable and were able to answer a variety of questions from the audience. When engaging Abbey and Richard we had high expectations and they definitely exceeded them.
