We are really pleased that we chose Waggs of Property Brokers to sell our home. He kept everything on track and supported us with preparing the house for sale as well as guidance for the paperwork and legal side of things. My wife and I recently purchased a house in Napier where Kevin Wagg ("Waggs") was the agent. From the moment we first talked, Waggs has always been very approachable and friendly. He had an extensive knowledge of the property and we also appreciated (as purchasers outside Hawkes Bay) his insight into local tradespeople to contact as and when necessary. Waggs has taken on a greater role than normal for us as we were also unavailable on "takeover day" and Waggs very kindly organised not only a thorough final clean and inspection of the property but also facilitated the obtaining of house keys on our behalf.
