Excellent feedback, contacts and effort all worked well to sell my property for a good price. Really impressed with Drey and Tracy. Good suggestions for cleaners and staging (as well as helping organise them at short notice). They gave an accurate estimate of where the property price would likely be as well as feedback after each open home. Nice to get a good price in these otherwise trying times, which I believe happened primarily due to their efforts.

Ross took the time to advise me years in advance for this sale. He maintained interest in our progress and gave us realistic feedback. As our scramble to complete our renovation altered the appearance of the home he came early for the photoshoot to help me make last-minute changes to improve the photos. Our sale was extremely fast and he kept me steady and informed. We are delighted with the result and the professionalism we received.

To whom it may concern I have no hesitation in recommending both Michael Sheldon and Harveys Te Atatu to everyone considering selling their home, or indeed anyone wanting to buy a home. My husband and I had listed our home with three other “reputable” companies prior to listing with Harveys Te Atatu. We had excellent service from the first, however they were unable to bring any offers to us even remotely close to the figure we were wanting. The second was nothing short of incompetent and utterly useless. No communication, no effort, no results. The third tried genuinely hard and came forth with an offer only 50K short of expectations, insisting we could not possibly do better. Then I met Michael. Confident he could get our price, assuring that set date sale was the way to go. He was right! By now, a year on we were desperate to find someone who would genuinely work for us. They did it. Within a couple of weeks, Michael bought genuine buyers through, negotiated on our behalf until he got the result we wanted.
