Absolutely abysmal service. He said he was renting in Karaka so would be able to meet us face to face to discuss the marketing etc. never made the effort to travel the 20kms in order to do this. Also recommended an off market sales strategy as he has buyers on his books - another fallacy! definitely would not recommend. Only plus was his lovely assistant Sarah, I think she is long suffering.
