Engaging, energetic and efficient Having worked with a number of real estate agents in the Wellington area in the past, I can categorically state that Salim has been a superstar! His compassionate, considerate manner, his proactive engagement with clients/buyers, and his determination to confront challenging circumstances have undoubtedly made him a formidable agent in the Wellington region. More specifically, Salim was able to successfully close contract negotiations for the sale of my property within a single week of beginning our agency contract. This was an especially remarkable achievement as it was accomplished in spite of the fact that the 2023 housing market had been particularly crippling for vendors in the Wellington region and prior real estate agents had tried and failed to sell my property for a long period of time. One of Salim's greatest strengths is communication.
