To whom it may concern When selling our rental property in Westharbour we found dealing with Graham McIntyre easy and uncomplicated. He had a good handle on the local market including accurate and up to date information on recent sales such as a comparable neighboring property that had just gone unconditional in the previous 2 days. Graham had a data base of serious buyers wishing to purchase in the area and was straight forward to deal with, he did exactly what he said he would do and from the time he assessed the value of the property to presenting us with multiple offers in line with his valuation and our expectations was 4 days.
