Expectations were high with Sudesh in the beginning “sales pitch” but reality hits home leading up to the auction. The housing market in Auckland taking a dive,banking criteria changes, waiting on government policy to come into effect etc. There’s always hindsight, “woulda coulda shoulda” ..However with personal factors coming into the equation re: family intentions for us to sell up and move “home”. Out of Auckland, and ongoing health issues. Our intentions to sell came up rather quickly for Nohomai and myself to absorb. The experience was an experience!
