Very Happy! Casey was great to deal with. There was lots of communication. We were very happy that in the face of our house taking a while to sell, Casey did not give up and continued to negotiate with the buyers. I first came across Casey 5 or so years ago when he did an appraisal on our house. At the time I was impressed with his calm approach and while I could tell he would get the job done, he does it in non pushy way.
