We chose Mick Fay as our agent to market our lifestyle property at Matakana and were extremely pleased with all aspects of his handling the project. He did not raise our expectations by overstating the value of the property as some agents are inclined to do, but set an indicative value which turned out to be very close to the actual price realised after an intensive marketing campaign which attracted a lot of public interest. Mick was very “straight up and down” in all aspects of his dealings with us, and for that matter, in his dealings with potential buyers. We were kept fully and regularly informed on progress and were always given adequate notice when he wished to show interested parties the property.
