I recently had the rather daunting task of selling my mother’s house in Napier. Not knowing where to start I contacted a friend at our local Bayleys Real Estate for help, and was advised to contact Rex & Jo Lorigan of Bayleys Napier office. Right from the start this couple were professional, courteous, positive and fantastic to work with. They made the entire process almost stress-free – from signing up the listing, organising the very professional photographs, co-ordinating all the advertising, the open homes – and were in constant contact either by email or phone with updates on attendances at open homes as well as sending out weekly activity reports. I did, however, only ever receive three of these reports – these very efficient real estate agents had an acceptable signed contract within a month!
